Unruly Gin starts life as 100% pure BC Honey. We gently ferment our honey into mead and distill that mead to spirit using custom designed stills to separate out the harsh heads and the oily tails, ensuring that only the softest and sweetest hearts are ever collected. Wild local blackberries meets unaged rye spirit. We’re known for our blackberry products and our rye whisky. So we’ve taken fresh wild blackberry juice and infused our unaged rye spirit to produce our Ryeshine. An elevated moonshine like spirit, but fruitier and pleasant. Starting with a brew of BC spring wheat and malted barley, we ferment with champagne yeast before running this vodka through our two seperate stills. A few modest ingredients go into this process and what you're left with is simply good vodka.

This premium Akvavit is copper pot distilled using a traditional Scandinavian recipe. This liquorice forward spirit gets its character from six hand picked botanicals which include caraway, fennel, anise and Seville orange. The nose is greeted by complex liquorice and orange notes but on the pallet a smooth, sweet nish of lingering marmalade and prevailing herbal notes. Our Flagship Rye Whisky! This 100% B.C. rye grain whisky was initially aged in a combination of 75% ex-bourbon and 25% Cowichan Valley red wine casks with a final maturation in custom toasted and charred American Oak casks.

Limoncello is at the heart of Italian liqueurs. Fresh zesty lemons, pure spirit, and sugar are all it takes. We hand peel every fresh organic lemon that goes into our limoncello. After extracting all of the delicious citrus oils from the peels we add vacuum-distilled peppercorn, citrus, and chili pepper to create a bright limoncello with a kick.

Named after Barrett Montfort, the founder of the Shelter Point farm, Montfort is a special field-to-flask whisky. This whisky literally has its roots in this beautiful land. A true single grain whisky, made from 100% barley, Montfort is grown, distilled and bottled entirely in one location. Each of the fields on the farm have specific soil classifications and different proximities to the sea and the forests. We took a barrel of compromised Chardonnay and some apple cider tailings from other local producers, giving them new life by distilling them into this wondrous, upcycled fruit brandy. We spiced it with Cobble hill blueberries, allspice, lemon, and vanilla.

When Vancouver Island hands you rare hand-foraged Black Truffles, you make a Vodka… right? Sniffed out by specially trained Vietnamese truffle pigs, the Burgundy truffle -Tuber aestivum- are foraged late fall.
