Our Rhubarb Gin is an exciting kick off to summer! First, we start with locally grown rhubarb from Vancouver Island farmers harvested in May and June. Second, we freeze then press the rhubarb for its juice. finally combining it with our specially designed gin and a little bit of sugar to balance.
