Formerly Kazuki Gin, “Beacon” embodies a sense of place, signifying two monumental sites on Vancouver Island where Sheringham Distillery originated–the iconic Sheringham Point Lighthouse beacon located by our first distillery and the beloved springtime cherry blossom-lined Beacon Hill Park. Island Grown Vodka is made with 100% local malt from Field Five Farm, located only 20 km away from this Victoria Distillery. Clay used 70% Field Five Farm white wheat malt, and 30% Field Five Farm Pilsner malt to create this Vodka.

With no colour or additives, this gin is best enjoyed fresh and finished soon after opening, but we doubt it will last that long! For this naturally colored Black Gin, botanicals like Juniper, Rooibos, & Spruce are distilled using a traditional copper pot still.
