So we’ve taken fresh wild blackberry juice and infused our unaged rye spirit to produce our Ryeshine. An elevated moonshine like spirit, but fruitier and pleasant. Subtle spice from the un-aged clear rye spirit, united with a sweet and tangy bite from local wild blackberries.
