What makes a good Vodka- care, purity, and time. Our craft vodka is made from BC grown soft spring wheat, slowly distilled 3 times throgh a large copper column for an extremely clean and crisp spirit. The spirit is then carfefully chill-filtered for several days resulting in an extremely clean vodka with soft notes of citrus zest.

Our Akvavit includes notes of dill, caraway, anise, citrus, and local, sustainably-harvested winged kelp, which provides a tantalizing hint of the ocean and captures the taste of our region. Akvavit is traditionally served chilled as a sipper. We love it as a sub for gin in many of our favorite cocktails.
This London Dry Style gin offer hints of citrus and cucumber with a smooth and complex finish. Our Juniper led botanicals include Coriander, Rooibos & Angelica Root and are distilled using a traditional copper still. We distill our fresh components like Nootka Rose petals and lemon with our very unique vacuum still.
