What makes a good Vodka- care, purity, and time. Our craft vodka is made from BC grown soft spring wheat, slowly distilled 3 times throgh a large copper column for an extremely clean and crisp spirit. We took a barrel of compromised Chardonnay and some apple cider tailings from other local producers, giving them new life by distilling them into this wondrous, upcycled fruit brandy. We spiced it with Cobble hill blueberries, allspice, lemon, and vanilla.
