Returning in a batch 2 is Porty Spice! Initially this 100% rye whisky spent four years in a new charred American oak barrel. It was then transferred to a decades old, fruit forward Ruby Port wine cask imported directly from Portugal.

We took a barrel of compromised Chardonnay and some apple cider tailings from other local producers, giving them new life by distilling them into this wondrous, upcycled fruit brandy. We spiced it with Cobble hill blueberries, allspice, lemon, and vanilla.

Per Se Vodka is the pure expression of the 100% BC-grown wheat we use to make our spirits. Our 2025 release is incredibly limited—only one cask is ready, yielding just 350 bottles! After 6.5 years of aging, we’ve lost a whopping 39% to the “angel’s share”. Made on the lake in Invermere, BC, we’ve crafted this exceptional spirit free from artificial colours and dyes. How did we achieve such an adventurous undertaking? Wild local blackberries meets unaged rye spirit. We’re known for our blackberry products and our rye whisky. So we’ve taken fresh wild blackberry juice and infused our unaged rye spirit to produce our Ryeshine. An elevated moonshine like spirit, but fruitier and pleasant. Made in the spirit of romance, Jason and Alayne wanted a special, decadent dark chocolate sipper, perfect for extra sweet moments with the ones they love. We teamed up with Sirene Chocolate, artisan chocolate makers from Victoria, B.C., to produce a dark chocolate-lover’s dream: Sirene Chocolate Liqueur. Using the byproducts of their production process—the shells and husks of cacao beans that have been ethically grown and sourced—we extract the raw characteristics of the cacao. The final result is a beautifully layered experience, allowing you to taste notes of fruit, citrus, fudge, and leather, ever so lightly back-sweetened. A perfect liqueur to sip on its own, it’s equally enjoyable in a cocktail.

Campbell River's 1958 Ripple Rock explosion is the inspiration behind this expression of Shelter Point single malt whisky, aged in alligator charred virgin American oak casks and bourbon barrels. Distilled in traditional pot stills with water from our aquifer.

Mad Laboratory Vodka has a very soft creamy texture to it, with light caramel and toasty notes. Little burn on the front of the palate, warms the throat as it goes down for a beautiful experience.

A west coast inspired gin, distilled with copious amount of juniper , coriander, locally grown hops, lavender , rosemary and lemon verbena steeped in butterfly pea flower, making for a brilliantly blue gin that transforms colour with citrus or tonic.

Our Rhubarb Gin is an exciting kick off to summer! First, we start with locally grown rhubarb from Vancouver Island farmers harvested in May and June. Second, we freeze then press the rhubarb for its juice. finally combining it with our specially designed gin and a little bit of sugar to balance. With no colour or additives, this gin is best enjoyed fresh and finished soon after opening, but we doubt it will last that long! Combine it with a premium tonic and ice for a refreshingly summer cocktail. We love Fever Tree Cucumber tonic paired with Rhubarb Gin.
