Our Rhubarb Gin is an exciting kick off to summer! First, we start with locally grown rhubarb from Vancouver Island farmers harvested in May and June. Second, we freeze then press the rhubarb for its juice. finally combining it with our specially designed gin and a little bit of sugar to balance. With no colour or additives, this gin is best enjoyed fresh and finished soon after opening, but we doubt it will last that long! Baijiu (say By-jew) is Chinese hard liquor. The distilling process is similar to making whiskey. Baijiu was traditionally aged in clay jars that were buried underground. It is clear and colourless and has a smooth flavour, a mild, pleasant aroma and a nice finish. Dragon Mist Baijiu is made using a traditional Chinese technique with wheat grown in Dawson Creek, BC and pure, clear Canadian glacial water – that’s all – no other additives or neutral grain spirits from other sources.
The ‘Lady of the Cask’ is handcrafted in a small batch at our Craft Distillery in Penticton on the Naramata Bench. We use the finest Okanagan grapes and masterfully aged the brandy to perfection since 2010 in premium French oak barrels
Returning in a batch 2 is Porty Spice! Initially this 100% rye whisky spent four years in a new charred American oak barrel. It was then transferred to a decades old, fruit forward Ruby Port wine cask imported directly from Portugal.

Limoncello is at the heart of Italian liqueurs. Fresh zesty lemons, pure spirit, and sugar are all it takes. We hand peel every fresh organic lemon that goes into our limoncello. After extracting all of the delicious citrus oils from the peels we add vacuum-distilled peppercorn, citrus, and chili pepper to create a bright limoncello with a kick.
