Returning in a batch 2 is Porty Spice! Initially this 100% rye whisky spent four years in a new charred American oak barrel. It was then transferred to a decades old, fruit forward Ruby Port wine cask imported directly from Portugal.

Jason has fond memories of cooking with rhubarb over the years, especially compote made with rhubarb freshly harvested from his garden. Starting with a brew of BC spring wheat and malted barley, we ferment with champagne yeast before running this vodka through our two seperate stills. A few modest ingredients go into this process and what you're left with is simply good vodka.
