Negroni

Ingredients:

• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• Orange peel (garnish)

Instructions:
Stir the gin, Campari, and vermouth with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
