Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz amaretto
• 0.75 oz lemon juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
