Ingredients:

• 1 oz gin
• 0.5 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz champagne
• Lemon twist (garnish)

Instructions:
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice and strain into a flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
