Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
• 4 oz hot coffee
• 0.5 oz brown sugar syrup
• Heavy cream (lightly whipped, to float)

Instructions:
Add the whiskey, hot coffee, and brown sugar syrup into a mug. Stir to combine. Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
