Pink Lady

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz apple brandy
• 0.75 oz lemon juice
• 0.25 oz grenadine
• 1 egg white

Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
