We make all of our spirits from locally grown apples. You can taste the difference. We also handcraft all of our spirits using our custom-built, state-of-the-art German copper still, which allows us to distill each spirit 25X - we like to call it, PURITY YOU CAN POUR.

Eve's Original Gin begins with the Rib of Rebel, so to speak. We take our 25x distilled Rebel Vodka, handcrafted from the finest BC apples and gently infuse it with a bespoke blend of botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seeds, lavender, rose, orris root, Angelica root, Lemon Verbena, orange peels, Meadow Sweet and basil.
